The assessment of aortic pulse wave velocity using 4D flow magnetic resonance imaging: Methods comparison

Aims : To compare different methods of transit time calculation and consequently aortic PWV estimation from 4D MRI.
Three methods are used to estimate aoPWV.
Best results were obtained using the TT wavelet-based approach.
